Birthday Wishes for Little Sis

For Madeleine's birthday, the boys made her drawings, and Ian's had the following inscription on the back:

HIE, MADULUIN I JUST WONT YOU TOO NO DAT I LUOV YOU SIND IAN HERIS A PIXR

On the front, he wrote over the drawing:

HAPEBRD

OOY OOT EAD

(The "E" is backwards, like the letters on the front of an ambulance. Aat the risk of stating the obvious, the second line is to be read from right to left, like Hebrew or Arabic.)
