Daniel asked me if there is any such thing as a army-guy that's green.

I had to clarify the basic categories. Did he mean actual soldiers with green skin?

Suddenly, everything was clear: "

"Did any army guy ever pain their skin green to look like a toy army guy but in a real war?"

I didn't tell him about the Picts, who reportedly would paint themselves blue for battle. Since we're part-Scottish, he might take it to heart, and Madeleine would be upset to lose a jar of finger-paint for her brother's military exploits.
