Pogo is the new Kindle

Daniel and I have little fights about whether he can bring his Kindle into the car.  I feel like the kids get much more than enough time on screens without having them bring the screens along whenever we get into the car.

But Daniel has found another attracting, to bring along on trips, with which I have no problem whatsoever.  A couple of months ago, noting the arrival of spring, as we left for church one Sunday, he said:


"Since it's Spring, stop bringing my kindle, start bringing my pogo stick"

And he brought it to church and went hopping up and down the church parking lot like Tigger on a good roll.  Needless to say, he has been a master at pogo-stick jumping since the day that he got the stick, back in November or December.
