Time Capsule Unearthed - Revisiting Toddler Ian in 2013

Alex(andra), a friend of ours from church undertook an interesting project almost eight years ago, and followed up on it last week.  She issued forms entitled "My Child's Time Capsule," in November of 2005, asking parents to fill out information about their children, with the intention of handing those time-pieces back to the parents after a good chunk of time had passed.  This past Sunday, she made good on that task, and handed back to me the form that Amy had filled out about two-year-old Ian.

So here's a parent's portrait of Ian, now ten years old, dating back to when he was two (and, interestingly, barely a week before Daniel was born):

Looking over this, I didn't notice the date, or a few other toddler-specific answers at first, and when I saw that the answers pertained to a two-year-old Ian, I was astonished, because so little has changed in eight years, aside, primarily, from Pokemon's current enthronement where Thomas the Tank Engine once reigned supreme.
