The Dynamic Duo Minus One

Yesterday, Daniel and Madeleine had a croopy cough, so they stayed home with Amy and Ian and I went to church without them.  Just as the "coffee hour" (more like "meal hour-and-a-half) was beginning, Ian came up to me and stated playfully, but emphatically, "I wish my partner in crime were here!"

Needless to say, I was moved that he was experiencing Daniel withdrawal within just a couple of hours of separation.
