Virtue and Its Devotees

Tonight, Madeleine is the only child not under the Electronic Ban.  According to Mommy, she was the only one who didn't stubbornly defy bed-time last night, so the rule is that only she is allowed to watch TV (and, by extension, get on the 1,001 other electronic gadgets we have in the house.

Needless to say, Madeleine is an extremely popular girl tonight, no doubt because her brothers admire her bedtime vigilance.  They're very eager to make sure that her televisory whims are not neglected, and in fact, they have very concrete ideas as to what programs she might want to watch.
