Gangnam Style

Nobody is neutral on the subject of "Gangnam Style."  This Korean rock hit has certainly captured the attention of Ian and Daniel's generation, with mixed results.  At a dance at the boys' school earlier this academic year, they did a kind of count-down of songs, leading up to the most popular song in the school, and when the principal announced Gangnam Style as Number One, the children went wild.

But Ian's teacher wouldn't let them play it because she didn't think  it was appropriate, and it turns out that she has an unlikely ally in Young Daniel, perhaps based in part on the same recurrent phrase.  Daniel objects to the song because of the oft-repeated line, "Sexy lady!"  He just doesn't think that boys should be using words like sexy.  It's unbecoming of our sex.
