Wunderkinder und das Internet

Daniel thought it was interesting that xylophone had the word "foam" in it.  I explained that "phone" means sound, but I don't know what "xylo"  means.  Ian, without any prompting, announced within a minute or two, that "xylo" is  a prefix for wood.

I was astonished:  "How did you find that out?"

"I googled it, and then I visited a couple of other websites"
