Marriage And Its Singular Drawback

This evening, Daniel shared, with me, his conflicted vision for his long-term future:

"Probably the only reason why I might want to get married is because I don't really want to be alone.  But I don't want to kiss at all; that would be really gross."

I tried to make some little grunt, to make it sound like maybe kissing isn't such a necessary thing.  Unfortunately, in many marriages this is true, but my purpose was to keep Daniel from being too discouraged at the thought of marriage.  In any case, this didn't get me off the hook, as he added:

"But you do it all the time!"

There's no accounting for taste...
