Time Budgeting and Its Frustrations

Tonight, Ian and Daniel were trying to figure out when they could pursue some very important activity, and the conversation took this turn:


Ian:  Well tomorrow well have all the time we want -

Daniel:  No we won't!

Ian:  ...except for when Mom tells us we have to go outside and play.
