Looking toward Cupertino with Longing

This past evening, the boys and I were in Best Buy, and Ian articulated his modest technology wish-list:

"I've actually always wanted an iPod, and iPad and a computer."

Being the masochist that I am, I let showed Ian an iPad while we were in the story.  As we pulled out of the parking lot, he indicated that he was impressed that the iPad had its own computer.
