Institutionalized Bad Guys

Right outside Auntie Jenny and Uncle Kevin's brownstone in Brooklyn, there's a sign that simply stopped Daniel in his tracks as he stepped out onto the street.  It's a picture of an unmistakable Bad Guy, with a wide-rimmed hat and a slender, sinister nose, and a dark profile, looking off into the future, surely plodding his next misdeed.  Daniel saw it and exclaimed:  "Wait!  What's that?!?!?"

It was the sign for Brooklyn Neighborhood Watch.

It's not every day you have a sign with a bad guy, right on the street for everyone to admire.
