Every Compliment Contains the Seeds of its Own Destruction

This morning, Daniel asked me about the sweater that I'm wearing. I told him it's an Irish sweater, and gave a little background information. Then I asked him if he likes it:

"Well, they did a good job on that sweater. But sometimes I think it's a little ugly."
