A Biblical Mind

Out of the blue, as we were arriving home last Saturday night, Ian pointed out to me a paradox about the handling of bread or bread-like nourishment in the old testament. Of course, he had a point, and I never would have thought about this:

After introducing the thought with something like "Daddy, do you know what's funny?" Ian volunteered:

"Joseph needed to save bread, while the Israelites were told to take only as much as they needed for the day.
