A Medieval Evening at the Vatican

Last night, making an oblique, highly elliptical reference to the age-old pseudo-academic canard, my mother said, "How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?"

Ian was completely caught off guard. He turned his head, stared off in no direction, deep in contemplation, and said:

"I don't know! What's the answer?!"
