Cookie Box Regulations

Tonight, Daniel was agitating for gluten-free lemon wafer cookies. This delicacy is not cheap, and I was agonizing about whether to let him have two cookies or three, trying to factor in how many cookies were in the package, multiplying the ration by three children, etc. As I was examining the package, Daniel asked me - completely in earnest: "Does it say, 'At Least Three'?"

That is, he was asking me what cookie-quota-per-child was dictated by the cookie box.
