Looking the Part

Daniel was joking about our puppy this evening, saying "Doggone," and I provide the counterpoint: "Dog-here." It turned out that this was exactly what Daniel was about to say, and we took a moment to enjoy this one of so very many traits that we have in common, along with our names. We practically gave each other the high-five, out of appreciation for our common sensibilities.

At that point, Daniel realized that if we thought so much alike, we should also look alike, and handed me his sunglasses:

"Put these on and we'll both pretend we have sunglasses."
