Forecasting Imminent Solemn Ritual

Just after Daniel came downstairs this morning, he asked whether it was foggy. I confirmed that it was, and that it looked as if it had rained a bit. But I had no idea what this weather report meant for upcoming institutional protocol until Daniel connected the dots for me:

"Then at school, whoever's the Busy Bee can say it's foggy."
