Tainted Supper
Daniel left one piece of battered fish uneaten tonight, and I asked him if he was planning on finishing it. It turned out he wasn't, but he had a definite reason for foregoing it:
"...cause it got mixed up with some other stuff, so it doesn't taste salty on the skin any
more, and salty is what I like."
Sure enough, the tartar sauce and vegetables had overlapped, and therefore compromised, the integrity of the fish, tarnishing the batter, which he identified as "skin."
