Celebrating Timeless Not-So-Good Legends

Ian was shepherding young Daniel through a "Pokemon Battle," that began with focus on a couple of Pokemon cards in combat with each other, but quickly escalated into a situation where the boys were taking on the persona of their respective Pokemon (yes, "Pokemon" is the plural of "Pokemon" - Japanese doesn't pluralize). The game had developed into something much more "role" oriented and "dramatic," which, of course, scares me. But the following snippet of dialog ensued:

Ian: You're a real legend, Daniel... and so am I!

Daniel: Are we a good legend?

Ian (gleefully): Ummm... Not really!!!
