So Young, and Yet So Precocious

Ian and I were discussing possibly getting the boys some food this evening - food which might not be at the top of Amy's Organic Nutritionist Seal of Approval List, and I expressed to Ian my concern about getting him something that Mommy wouldn't be happy to hear about.

Suddenly, Ian said something that I would not have expected out of a seven-year-old:

"Maybe we don't need to tell her, if she doesn't ask."

It hadn't occurred to me that Guy Consciousness could kick in even before a lad has all of his adult teeth...
