More About the Stag Beetle

I told Ian, who was looking for Oak sap for his stag beetle, that "I think more than anything else, he's looking for someone to make babies with." This was my subtle - far too subtle - way of trying to convince Ian to free the creature, although this opinion is also based in some top-notch Internet research.

However, Ian had taken this into consideration already: "I know, but where can I find someone [for him to make babies with].

So the search for a beetle-mate is on. We don't need to leave anything up to nature; Ian is on top of the job.
