It's Never Too Early For April Fools' Day

Yesterday, Ian observed April Fools' Day one day in advance, along with his classmates.

His very clever prank was as follows:

"Yesterday was April Fools' Day!"

[This is where you say, "What?! I thought it was tomorrow!!" at which point he gloats:]

"April Fools' Day*!"

[Apparently, in Ian's local culture, they proclaim "April Fools' Day!" instead of merely "April Fools!" at the close of such mischievous trickery.]
