Clearing the Piggies' Good Name

This morning, Daniel was snuggling with me, and somehow "piggies" became the theme. I think I had been doing "This little piggy went to market" with Madeleine at that point, so I sang a couple of bars of Lennon-McCartney's surreal little piece, "The Little Piggies":

"Have you seen the little piggies crawling in the dirt?

And for all the little piggies, life is getting worse..."

At that point, Daniel set the record straight, explaining to me that actually, pigs don't play in the dirt; they'll roll in the mud sometimes, but that's just to cool off.
