At the Vietnamese restaurant where we ate last night, we were the only patrons for most of the visits, and the teen-age-ish young men working there had a rather disturbing looking video up on the TV screen, which absolutely captivated all three children. (Madeleine led me by the hand to the middle of the dance floor - that was what it was - to look at the video screen, which was luckily was on pause for the bulk of our visit.) Eventually, the boys walked around the restaurant following our hapless young waiter, talking to him - I suspect - about video games.

When I went to pay the bill, I happened upon the dialog, with Ian exclaiming, "Daniel, stop adding extra details!!"

In any case, Daniel duly reported the following back to me about the video game in question:

"The guy says there are plenty of bad-guys in it."

I somehow suspect Daniel asked whether there were bad guys in the video game, perhaps even slightly hoping for an answer in the affirmative.
