Daniel, the formerly-French statue

Daniel climbed on top of the dog-food container, roughly two and a half feet tall, which was apparently his pedestal, threw his right hand up into the air, in high-five mode, dropped his jaw in a big smile, and announced:

"Daddy, I'm pretending to be an American statue."

He then tried a few more gestures.

It didn't take me long to figure out that he was Lad Liberty, so I told him so. A few minutes later, he was laughing with Daniel that "The Statue of Liberty had a lollipop in its mouth."
