Bitter Aftertaste, Articulated and Overlooked

Daniel, who is unfortunately lactose intolerant, and thus cannot eat milk chocolate, explained to me, sometime in the past week or two, the difference between "cow chocolate" and dark chocolate:

Dark chocolate "tastes bad at the end... but I don't care."
