Underqualified to capture the moment

Ian was composing on the keyboard the other day, and exhibited a very modest regret that I didn't have a working camera, and therefore I couldn't capture a video of the performance. (The old camera had stopped working, but he hadn't gotten another yet.) The wistful advice that he provided was as follows:

"Daddy, you should put this on the camera. Maybe it's time you got a new one."

Needless to say, we have a new camera now.
