Star Wars Comes to Life

The boys love to play "Star Wars," now that they've watched the movie.

One person plays the role of Dark Vader, then there's R2B2 and C3BO. They have a very clear sense of the good guys and the bad guys.

Daniel mentioned that he would play the role of one of the "white" bad guys, and I would play the role of the "black" bad guys. I was very relieved to hear that these designations had nothing to do with race: as usual, when Daniel talks about black and white guys, it was all about the color of their outermost layer of clothing. The "white" bad guys were the stormtroopers, with their white, extremely plastic-looking suits of "armor", and the "black" guy is Dark Vader, with his correspondingly black, plastic-looking outer shell.
