Music for Man and Beast Alike

At night, we leave the radio dial set on the kitchen to an "all-classical" station in the kitchen, to soothe the puppies through the night. This detail, like so many, was not lost on Ian.

Tonight in the car, he asked if I could play "slow" music; I offered to find a classical station, and he said he wanted that. When I put on the old, standby PBS station, Ian remarked, "This is the one the dogs listen to."
