Finding a home for abandoned candy

Ian asked me to open a plastic egg containing "Toy Story" candy (yes, movies are branded for confections these days).

When he asked me to open the plastic package inside it, I decided to double-check, and asked, "Is this yours, by the way?"

He answered solemnly: "It's no one's."

The best part is that he believes it - because he found it lying around the house, he thinks it belongs to no one in particular, except of course the first boy to find it.
