Proactivity and Foresight

A realist will perceive threats from toddlers and threats from dogs as being equivalent, if the end result is the same. The other evening at dinner, Daniel requested:

"Daddy, can you watch this [his chicken nuggets] so Madeleine and Nikkei don't get it?"
