Crime and Ineffective Punishment in the World of the Pirates

Daniel just handed me six small (nickel- or dime-sized) scraps of cut-up post-it note, which he identified as "pirate mail."

I said, "Pirate mail?"

Daniel clarified: Yeah it shows you pictures of pirates being tookened away form the police to jail and the police got bad food for them- which is food that doesn't taste very good - and the police started giving that food to them, and they *liked* it.
