All Things French

This evening, the children were watching Loony Tunes - particularly a cartoon involving Pepe Lepu (a.k.a. Peppy Le Pew) - a French skunk who, in this episode, was chasing a woman around the room, shocked that she would run away from him, and professing his love.

At one point, while I was doing household chores, Ian came over to me and announced, "Daddy, did you know that in France, the only reason for chasing anyone is love?"

I took the lad at his word, and decided we won't talk about France in any great detail until he's somewhat older, if then...
