Uncanny Similarities

Daniel followed me into the basement this evening, and put on sneakers, just as I had, for the occasion. He summed the parallels of our common endeavor beautifully:

"Daddy, we both match, because we both have shoes on, and the better we have shoes on, the better we can go downstairs."
