"Games Without Frontiers"

Ian played two exhaustive rounds of Saturday Afternoon Indoor Hide and Seek with me, where he hid approximately 12 toy cars on me, and I had to find each one, scattered and cleverly ensconced across the family room and diningroom. It really wasn't easy - I actually had to make an effort - and Ian really enjoyed the challenge it posed for me, and followed me around dropping all kinds of helpful hints like "You haven't looked in any shoes yet."

Later on, Daniel challenged me to a far more grueling version of the same sport:

"Find the guitar and the submarine. It's a tricky one, Daddy, because one's over there, and one's behind the TV."
