Identity By Process of Elimination

I mentioned Daniel's cousin - also named Daniel - to the lad recently, and he tried to piece together the identity from those two slippery categories of "Daniel" and "cousin" [he also has a cousin David]:

"Your cousin? Not David's cousin - me - but David is my cousin."
