Walk Like a Man

We were upstairs in the boys' room this morning, and Daniel asked me to get him a glass of water, which is downstairs, and I had Madeleine as well as the boys, so I had to figure out where I could put Madeleine while I was getting Daniel's water so that she wouldn't crawl into any danger... So I was thinking out loud about it, to let Daniel know I was working on the problem, and he reiterated that he wanted a glass of water, so I told him, "I just have to figure out how to go downstairs."

At that point, he offered an instructional video on the question, all smiles, taking giant steps reminiscent of the "Put One Foot in Front of the Other" scene from Frosty the Snowman:

"You just could step one step down like this [left goose-step], and then the other step down like this [right goose-step]."
