Domestic Energy Policy

I tried to explain hydroelectricity to Ian, using Niagara Falls as a concrete example of electricty generation from moving water, and he came up with a very local application of the principle:

"Oh - do you think we could put one of those in our bathtub? There's plenty of water in our bathtub?"
